

The Health Record Banking Alliance has four membership categories and dues
levels for 2009 (membership term 12/1/08-12/31/09):
Voting members:
1. For-profit organization $2,000
2. For-profit organization - small (less than $1 million in revenue) $500
3. Non-profit organization/Government Agency $1,000
Non-voting members:
Individuals $150
All members are entitled to attend meetings, access the HRBA Intranet,
participate in all HRBA activities (e.g. committees), be included in the HRBA
e-mail list, and receive other benefits that may be defined in the future. Only
voting members are allowed to vote on HRBA decisions (e.g. approving by-laws)
or serve as officers.
