

The Health Record Banking Alliance
was founded by Dr. William A. Yasnoff, MD, PhD, FACMI, a well-known national
leader in health informatics. Previously, as Senior Advisor, National Health
Information Infrastructure (NHII), Department of Health and Human Services, Dr.
Yasnoff initiated and organized the activities leading to the President's $50
million FY05 budget request and creation of the Office of the National
Coordinator for Health Information Technology, establishing the NHII as a
widely recognized national goal.

eHealthTrust, the innovative business model for communities building health
